When using forge, It doesn't work

When I use Magic Launcher to install Forge on it's own, I have no problems. When I use magic launcher to install Optifine, I have no problems. But when I try to install both, loading a Minecraft world stays on the page that says 'Building World' and is frozen in place unable to close except if I use Task Manager to remotely shut it down.

    After installing Forge, place the Optifine.jar in the Mods folder. Keep in mind you need Forge build 830 or newer.
