Minecraft Forge Server 1.16.4 does not start [Solved]

When I start my new Forge Server it won't really start, it stays at Forge Version Check.

This Line seems to cause it.

Do you know how to fix it? "--safemode" does not work

Not an Expert on DataPacks but i would try to remove all DataPacks (world/datapacks) from the server and put them in one by one to find the one that causes the issue.
And Backup the World just in case.

The folder with Datapacks is empty, it is a completely new server.

ok nervermind then i really dont know ... what modpack are you trying to run ?
And if its Custom what a Mod list would be helpful.

1.16.4 is no longer supported here. Please switch to 1.18.x or 1.19.x to receive support. 

@CodeArtZero please don't give help for unsupported versions.

It's solved, the mod Mekanism Matter caused all of that
