And without modernfix? -
In the config the only thing with "INSTANCED" was "Backend" so i changed that to off but still no luck. has always heres the new log (https://paste.ee/p/QZn2IFSX) -

Go to the flywheel config file (config folder) and change the rendering from INSTANCED to OFF -
So, removing embeddium crashes the game on startup but also removing Oculus fixes it, sadly still no luck the game still freezes when that chunk is loaded new log just in case (https://paste.ee/p/B2s8Qqv4) and thanks for the help so far, at least it is a little more stable.
