Whenever I go to create/generate/play a world, it would crash with a -server type. It shows Server-Type Config files as well and forced the world/game to be as Server Running:True. All I wanted was to play singleplayer. Is the server part normal or is somehow my game forcing it to become a Server? I also noticed that there was a lot of incompatible datapacks even though they require to be used on version 1.18.2 to work but display that they need to be used on an older version.

Use the correct/latest preview release of optifine that they say is compatible with your version of Forge.
