hello so i want to make a modded server for me and my friend but it wont start because it uses the wrong java version to launch and so i wanted to ask for help on how to specify that because im not that great with software so far i found only answers on how to do that on sites that host servers but i want to host my own but it wont start sine it launches the wrong java version is there anyway to tell it to use the right one?

help would be very apreciated

When you start the server, in your bat file there is the word 'java' you need to replace that with the full path of the specific java version you want to use.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
