I'm not seeing any crashes or anything in that log.

Try posting a link to your debug.log after it doesn't work, it should contain more useful information.

Debug log doesn't seem to specify anything bad. The launcher just "says" it crashed but no report, it just prevents minecraft from even loading, just the launcher crashing.

I am concerned by these lines:

It was working perfectly when i launched it 2 days ago (because of this site's REALLY SLOW support) (i didn't update any mods or even update forge, neither enable any resource packs, it just crashed randomly (it can even mean it got corrupted but i'm not sure about this))

If you want faster responses, join the Discord server and ask there. All support is volunteer-run and free, so we can't always get around to answering stuff within the hour. According to your latest log, you've got a broken mixin or conflicting mod. These modify the game directly rather than using the Forge API and are hard to troubleshoot. Only thing you can really try is backing up your world then removing one by one until you find which one is breaking it. The list of active modIds using mixins from your log are: mixin:APP:infernal-expansion.mixins.json:client.MixinEntityRendererManager,pl:mixin:APP:playerAnimator-common.mixins.json:firstPerson.EntityRenderDispatcherMixin,pl:mixin:A
