Constantly booted off the server... in singleplayer

I'm constantly booted out of my game with the "Internal Exception: java.util.ConcurrentModificationException" message. No crashlogs are generated, the game doesn't crash, it just acts as if I was playing on the server and got booted out, even tho I'm playing in single.

Here's the screenshot:

And here's the latest.log: https://pastebin.com/CEVZDS8E

Any ideas what causes it and how to mitigate it? I'm not a developer, just an average joe looking to enjoy his game in peace.

Boilerplate:

If you don't post your logs/debug.log we can't help you. For curseforge you need to enable the forge debug.log in its minecraft settings. You should also post your crash report if you have one.

If there is no error in the log file and you don't have a crash report then post the launcher_log.txt from the minecraft folder. Again for curseforge this will be in your curseforge/minecraft/Install

Large files should be posted to a file sharing site like https://gist.github.com  You should also read the support forum sticky post.

I tried to remove this mod to see if it changes anything. Game boots me out all the same

Should I post the log again?
