Can you allocate more ram to a 1.6.4 forge server, if so how do I do it?

Whats Xmx4G?

That is actually the RAM allocation

4G is 4 GB

Add it in your startscript behind java

My modpack has around 70 mods, how much ram do you recommend I allocate to the server?

Alirght thanks, i think I know how to add the 4gb of ram

I allocated 4gb to the server and it runs faster but now I crash often, I get this error before it kicks me out: https://paste.ee/p/8BWUX

This was the log I got from allocating ram console but going back to how it was before, I am still getting kicked out and it gives me an error saying "Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded?"

This usually refers to performance issues
