"There was a fatal error starting up minecraft and FML"

Now as you can already tell I am new here, but I have been using forge to download mods for quite some time now and only recently I have encountered an issue. As the post title says, "There was a fatal error starting up minecraft and FML". Now I have looked through your forums seeing if anyone with the same problem had found a solution... and some have some others have not. I have tried downloading the files it says I require to fix it but I was only able to download files asm-all-4.1.jar, guava-14.0-rc3.jar, and argo-small-3.2.jar. The rest come up as 404 errors. Any help is appreciated, thank you in advanced. Here is the log:

Sorry, I forgot to mention I was able to download the deobuscation_data_1.5.2.zip file as well.

Either use our installer, or better yet, don't use 1.5.2 anymore it's time for you to update.

Update: The installer is having a situation finding the .minecraft file, it keeps saying run the launcher first and yet I have run the launcher several times now... not sure what the issue is but I guess I will just play Minecraft without the enjoyment of mods. Also to your little comment on updating, I have tried downloading forge for 1.6.2. for ages and I cant seem to get it to work (which is the main reason I wanted to stick to 1.5.2) it says using forge version... and the when I click on "Play" it sends me right back to the screen. So if anyone is willing to assist me with that problem, thank you in advance.

As for it saying not able to find minecraft, you need to run 1.5.2 through the launcher first. {This requires editing your profile to use 1.5.2}

Either way, update to 1.6.4. Debug your mods that are breaking your install and speak with there authors. There is nothing on our end that should cause you any issue updating.
