I want to get short branch logs that generate on the sides of my tree to generate sideways instead of upright.

heres an imagur link to my trunkplacer code and a picture of what i have and what im trying to go for.

I dont know how to edit the blockstates so im asking how if thats not clear. I was told it wasnt the block setter and instead the block state so now im asking how do i edit it?
