Need help with a crash report of an MC server and how to see what went wrong

I've attempted to create a Forge 1.19.3 Minecraft server with quite a few mods, but upon running the server or playing the forge 1.19.3 installation, the game loads but instantly crashes, giving me a crash report stating that "The game crashed whilst rendering overlay", with this line following it:

Error: org.spongepowered.asm.mixin.transformer.throwables.MixinTransformerError: An unexpected critical error was encountered

I've provided the link to the Pastebin of the crash report. If anyone could help me and/or tell me what went wrong I would very much appreciate it.

Make a test without pehkui - if this is not working, also add the latest.log

Update to 1.19.4. All mods for 1.19.3 should work on 1.19.4 or have updates for it.

1.19.3 is less stable than 1.19.4 and is not recommended.
