When I open any single player game and a music track is triggered, once that track ends the same track plays immediately over and over again looping forever. Only stops if I close the game. If I go to the nether it stops, but then if I travel back and another music track is randomly triggered that one will then loop forever.

I have the same issue and it definitely comes from forge as removing it resolved this problem

I switched from forge to fabric and I don't have this issue anymore and it seems like it's compatible with most mods.

Please share more detailed steps on how to reproduce this and we'll look into fixing it. I tried putting a music disc in and it didn't loop.

It's not the music disc's. It's the background music that's supposed to randomly play will loop one track constantly. It happens whenever I open a game I don't have to do anything to trigger it.
