1.20.1 Minecraft Server Crashed After A Power Outage, Now It Won't Start Anymore

So about a week ago, my friends pc crashed due to a power outage. Because of this, our server shut down. We originally didn't think it was a big deal, but it decided it would be, and now we cant open our server anymore. It has about 46 mods and runs on forge 1.20.1 version 47.1.0
