I am starting a server when this critical error hits, please note that I am converting a modpack into server, I think it could relate to client sided only mods, but I go through the crash logs and found no traces to point out which mod it is.

Maybe switch to a pre-configured modpack - most of these have a server pack - use such a modpack as working base
