The game crashed whilst rendering overlay

Error: net.minecraftforge.fml.config.ConfigFileTypeHandler$ConfigLoadingException: Failed loading config file forge-common.toml of type COMMON for modid forge

 

This is the error that I get, it appears with or without mods, I already tried deleting the forge-client.toml file and it does not solve
