There was a fatal error starting up Minecraft and FML

Ok, so I'm using Forge version: 7.8.1.737 since I am using Minecraft 1.5.2 (I'm using MultiMC Launcher). I'm trying to launch Minecraft however the error above shows. Here is the error log file:

I'm not sure if there's anything else to it apart from it not being able to download the files necessary. Thing is I am connected to the internet so I'm wondering if it's a firewall problem. In any case, where should I save the files if I download them manually? Or better still, how do I solve this problem?

Known problem with multimc, download the libraries yourself from eaq

This isn't building better software, its trying to grab a place in the commit list of a highly visible github project.
