So i've seen a few mods that use blender models in minecraft.

but I can't seem to find any tutorials on how to use blender models for minecraft and I really don't know how I should do this myself.

Java is not my main programming language but I have alot experience in PHP/HTML/JS/CSS3/C#/SQL

Google:

Minecraft 3D Object Loader API

Seems promising. Without an api, you would need to find something to convert the model file to .java.
