are you using the CurseForge app? If so, go to your modpack and select the mod with the checkmark and then click delete (if you are in Tile view) If you are in Table View, click 'delete' next to your mod. If you are in List view, click the mod, then click delete. If you are not using the CurseForge app, go to the modded java installation either using Mojang Launcher or File Explorer on your computer then find the jar file. After finding the jar file, right-click it, then click Delete. I hope that helps.
