forge disappeared. HELP!!!!

When I open minecraft the profile that used to be forge is not there. I only have the username and so all mods are gone. I tried installing forge again and it says I have to manual open it and I can't install it. I read all the faq and I can't figure it out.

Sorry I don't know a lot. I tried installing 1.6.2 forge and now I see my mods but when I try to play it crashes. This is the latest crash update. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
