Hello.

How do I know if the player is on the server? I use timer and I want to check every 10 seconds if player is on the server. It does not matter which server. Mod is Client side only.

I tried to use this. For example:

Timer timer=new Timer(1000,new ActionListener(){
        public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent ev) {
        	if(Minecraft.getMinecraft().getIntegratedServer() != null){
        		System.out.println("123");
        	}else{
        		System.out.println("321");
        	}
       }
});

Timer timer=new Timer(1000,new ActionListener(){
        public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent ev) {
        	if(Minecraft.getMinecraft().isSingleplayer()){
        		System.out.println("123");
        	}else{
        		System.out.println("321");
        	}
       }
});

Timer timer=new Timer(1000,new ActionListener(){
        public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent ev) {
        	if((Minecraft.getMinecraft().isIntegratedServerRunning()){
        		System.out.println("123");
        	}else{
        		System.out.println("321");
        	}
       }
});

Always output is "321". When Im playing on server, or in singleplayer or just looking on Menu)

I call timer in public void load(FMLInitializationEvent event).

Why are you using Timer?

There's a perfectly good TickHandler.

Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable.  If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME.  Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice.

Exception: If you do not understand Java, I WILL NOT HELP YOU and your thread will get locked.

DO NOT PM ME WITH PROBLEMS. No help will be given.

WorldEvent.Load and .UnLoad might be useful to you, the player can't join or leave a server without these events being fired.

Alternatively IConnectionHandler;

NetworkRegistry.instance().registerConnectionHandler
