[1.7.2] Pahimar Setup

This is how I do it:

workspace
|__Mod A
   |__src
      |__main
   |__build.gradle
   |__... ...

|__Mod B
   |__src
      |__main
   |__build.gradle
   |__... ...

|__eclipse (empty folder!)

Now in the mod folders I run

gradle setupDecompWorkspace eclipse

. Then I point eclipse to the eclipse folder (which is outside all the mod folders and empty!). Then in eclipse do File > Import > General > Existing Projects into Workspace and select the Mod X folder (not the eclipse folder inside there!). Repeat that for every mod and you should be good to go.

You will have to make them yourself if you don't use the default exist workspace. There is no way we can provide that for anything but the workspace that we provide due to how eclipse is setup.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

Ok, can someone point me to instructions to set up run configurations?

Hm, you know maybe in the stickied, bold Tutorial at the top of the forums?
Also, when you run the cilent/server, how does Eclipse know what mod to run? Is that just defined by the run configuration?

Do you really mean mod? Eclipse doesn't run any mods. FML searches the entire codebase for @Mod annotations on startup and then loads these mods. Nothing to do with eclipse.
