There are ALWAYS log files even on good runs. the developer console tab in your launcher. And the logs folder in the minecraft folder

 

also.. you installed a 1.5.2 mod... on 1.6.4... how do you expect that to work?

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
