Car Mod and Forge 3.0.71.289 Errors [1.3.2]

I installed Modloader, and OptiFine 1.3.2 HD U B2, along with Minecraft Forge Universal 3.0.71.289 for Minecraft 1.3.2.

The only mod in the "mods" directory is the Car Mod [1.3.2]. I get the following message when starting the game, after FML finishes loading:
