Posted February 17, 201411 yr Ok, so I looked through the forums and I didn’t really see any sort of thing that matched this, so here’s my problem. I’m trying to register a block, my code seems perfectly fine, and to the best of my knowledge I only have one registration function call but I get: https://gist.github.com/deathmock5/246505029cfd2f816738 as an error. Full source can be found here: https://github.com/deathmock5/BrewersConstruct The block I’m trying to register is in bconstruct.common.block.BlazeingBlock And I register it in bconstruct.common.core.blocks I call blocks.register in the preinit of the main class So, what am I doing wrong?
February 17, 201411 yr Slot 259 is already occupied by net.minecraftforge.common.MinecraftForge$1@760881b1 <-- not your block Use a different ID. Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable. If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME. Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice. Exception: If you do not understand Java, I WILL NOT HELP YOU and your thread will get locked. DO NOT PM ME WITH PROBLEMS. No help will be given.
February 17, 201411 yr Author Ok i changed it to... 435, and 436 but now when i look in the creative tab, theres 2 of each of the blocks.
February 17, 201411 yr Author What kind of block are you making? 2 somewhat basic blocks, but i think it might be in the way im makeing them, or there might be something iffy with the creative tab.
