This happens when you use a crafting table or anything u can drag to make a crafting recipe. I have a Picture below

That.. is an odd one... its like your computer decided it cant do math.

How many items do you start with when dragging? is it constantly reproduceable? Any chance of getting a video version.

We're not able to reproduce on our end.

Well I was dragging 4 on the picture but it only appears when you run out of items. For example if you have 13 items when you get to 0 left it displays 47e0. Sorry but I can't get a video version. It happens everything you get to 0 items when dragging.

Unable to reproduce on our end in just forge. We'd need fll logs to see what else you have installed.

i got it to but it is tmi not forge

Kill TMI and see if you can reproduce, if not then its a TMI issue and you should address them.

Yep it was TMI. I will go report the error now!
