(FIXED!) Forge 4.0.0 237 bug or problem just with my system?

Hello, I new to using forge so excuse if this sounds a bit...different. Ok this is the only problem I have is every time I install forge even by itself with no other mods I get unbearable lag in the game. Am I the only one? Also I have a brand new $2000 gaming PC so I know it's not my system...I hope. Any help will be appreciated.

You really think we would ship something that would make a high end computer unplayable?

Everyone else here can play MC just fine with Forge installed.

I didn't think you would, but it somehow does on my whole families computers. Like I said though I'm new to using FML so, sorry.

I know it's not our computer though. What do you mean by setup, should I change something?

Magic launcher, I don't know why every time I use forge the world generates very slowly and lags me out.
