Forge 1.7.2 installer stuck Help Please

I am trying to install minecraft forge 1.7.2 using the installer and Every time I try it gets to the point where the progress bar says "Unpacking Packed file scala-compiler-2.10.2.jar.pack.xz" and it will never go past it. I searched these forums but nothing seemed to work. Any help would be appreciated thanks

Run the installer manually as shown in my signature ---V and post the logs here. You *might* need to allocate more ram to it so try running with -Xmx1G

You seem to of messed up your path and java is not in it.

You may need to specify the full path to your java install.
