I played multi mc 4.x dont know anymore with identical mods as i have now.

 

43  mods (x behind them means, i got them in multi mc 5 as well and are ready for 1.6.4)

So, my problem is, that i copied my world from multi mc 4(mc version 1.5.2) and well, it hadnt worked.

Then i looked about similar item ids and threw out all thaumcrafz and ic2 stuff and it didnt worked either.

 

But the world is starting for like 3 secs, where i can walk and make everything, and then mc freezes and this log appears

He is correct, you havent posted any log, and the versions you are using are extremely outdated.

And thus we dont support them.

You will have to contact the creators of the mods specifically and see if they have any special updating instructions.
