You dont, they are fillers to prevent your from conflicting with vanilla item ids. If you did, you'd screw a lot of things up.

Beyond that, IDs no longer exist, in 1.7+ So you should update.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
