Need help! - Textures and language stopped loading

I've just uptated Forge to the newest recommended version and the textures and language files just topped loading! What happenned? How can I fix it?

The resources folder is still there, so I don't understand why they aren't loading.

    I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
