You could try yourself by looking up vanilla blocks you can walk through.

 

 

Or you can do it the way you won't learn as much and use:

 

 

@Override

    public AxisAlignedBB getCollisionBoundingBoxFromPool(World par1World, int par2, int par3, int par4) {

   

        return null;

       

    }

 

    @Override

    public boolean isBlockSolid(IBlockAccess par1IBlockAccess, int par2, int par3, int par4, int par5) {

   

        return false;

       

    }
