I don't know what mod is causing the problem I am having, so I'll post here, and hope someone can point me in the right direction.

With the following mods installed:

Forge

Recipe Book

TF Teleporters

Treecaptitator

Coral Reef

Twilight Forest

Superior Enchanting/Magical Repair

More Furnaces

Craft Guide

Every time I play, after a few trips into the Nether, my Nether Portals stop working properly: They teleport me to a place other than a matching Nether Portal: the first time it happened, I went about 15 meters under my portal, and suffocated; then when I went back in the Overworld, from my Nether-side portal, I was about 45 meters away, in the middle of the air (splat). I don't remember what mods I was using at the time, but it was a similar set.

It just happened again, after I reinstalled/loaded everything (this time with the above mods). I don't know what happens going back to the overworld: going to the Nether sends me to a place far enough above a lava pool I simultaneously splat and burn.

Any idea what mod (or mods) is responsible for this?

I have all of these installed except for Treecapitator, TF Teleporters and More Furnaces, and haven't experienced this problem.  I just installed Craft Guide and Coral Reef today, but I've probably made a good 10 trips to/from the Nether during testing (in creative mode) before that.  TF Teleporters seems like the likely candidate. just based on what it does..  If you use a launcher like Magic Launcher, you can easy add/remove each mod to see which is the culprit.

Ya, you're gunna have to do a little bit of digging in on yourself.

It looks like a conflict with your mods, not with forge.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

Thanks for that. I was able to mess a little, and it looks like TF Teleporters is the culprit. I'll ask on their thread, and close this.
