When I installed Forge, it all worked perfectly. But when I try to use it (with no mods) it gives me this error:

CB's DepLoader was unable to download required library WorldCore-universal-1.7.2-1.1.0.17.jar Check your internet connection and try restarting or download it manually from http://files.minecraftforge.net/WorldCore//WorldCore-universal-1.7.2-1.1.0.17.jar and put it in your mods folder

And when I go to that website it doesn't exist (404), even when I make it WorldCore/WorldCore-..., and there is even no ...net/WorldCore at all.

How do I fix that?

Also, why is it 1.7.2 when I installed 1.6.4?

We do not make, nore recommend the use of CB's DepLoader, modders should know how to package there dependencies.

But y, that file does not exist on our server, only 1.6.4 files do. Your config is setup wrong or something.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

Lex, highly likely it's a mod using the CI/jenkins services Overmind offers.

But yes, DepLoader is configured incorrectly. Find out which mod is it and make a bug report to the author.

This isn't building better software, its trying to grab a place in the commit list of a highly visible github project.
