Hi guys, I've just done the gun tutorial in the tutorials section and I made a potato cannon. But when I shoot it, it shoots air, that makes it much harder to see if it hits the target. How do I make it shoot potatoes?

Put a potato in it before firing ?

In a more serious answer, look up the gun tutorials.  They all tell you how to generate a custom projectile.

Yes, but I can't find the way to set a texture to the ammo.

Do you know how to set a custom render for an entity?  Your 'bullet' flying through the air is an entity, give it a custom render for a potato.

Can you link me a tutorial or so?

First you'll want to get a key to write in, then you'll need to write the melody that'll be iterating through out the song. After that, you'll just need to write it down in rounds.
