MinecraftForge 4.0.0.204 loads mods but does not contune (Server)

Hi

I've installed MinecraftForge 4.0.0.204 on my server but when I start... it looks like this:

 

 

and it does not contune with anything.

Can please somebody help me?

    1) Update, you're really fucking old

    2) Try loading without any mods

    I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
