Lost of Inventory Items

I am playing with a friend in a server with mods that I made in Minecraft 1.7.2. The mods that we have downloaded are: Thaumcraft 4 and Morph. The Minecraft Forge version is 10.12.2.1147, because one of the two mods can be played in the recommended Forge version of 1.7.2. We have a problem . When we die our items disappear. Also recently I entered the server and had no item in the inventory. This is the third time our items disappear and it's getting really annoying . If anyone know how to fix this problem I would really appreciate it .

Uhm... Unless I'm not getting what you're saying...

You're /meant/ to lose your items when you die in Minecraft. That's just part of the game...

It was near my base so it's not a problem of despawn. Believe me it's a bug it can't be anything else.
