I had put the 1.6.4 lucky blocks mod on forge and it suddenly started crashing. So I deleted lucky blocks and it crashed again and said this:

How should I fix this problem.  Java keeps asking to update but I have said no to it.

Yes, you should update Java, but that's not the cause of this. Try and add 

-Dforge.forceNoStencil=true

to the VM args in your launcher.

 

How would I do that?

1.6.4 is no longer supported, update to atleast 1.7.10

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
