I need help

Hi first i apology my bad english lol

Second i'm kind of new on installing mods

I tried to install Flan's mod at this page:

I installed all of the mods that were on the instructions

then when I installed forge it freezed on "Done loading"

and I went trough many forums that had the same problem

I downloaded 3.1.2.90 version also the 3.1.2.94 and I had the same problem, I ran a minecraft error tester and it gave me that report
