Eclipse cannot launch forge 1.6.4

I've been trying to learn how to mod for minecraft, so I watched a tutorial on how to do so while following exact instructions. I get to the end of the tutorial, and I go to launch the mod for the first time (in eclipse, should have mentioned), and I get the following error as it refuses to launch forge:

If I could get a fix for this issue, that would be great, and thank you in advance

Update to the 'new' branch on our downloads page. It'll get moved to master here soon.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

      I tried do download the essential mod to my mod pack but i didnt work. I paly on 1.21 and it should work. I use neoforge for my modding. The weird things is my friend somehow added the mod to his modpack and many others that I somehow can´t. Is there anything i can do?

      Thanks, I've now installed a slightly newer version and the server is at least starting up now.

      Do you have shaders enabled? There is an issue with the mod simpleclouds - remove this mod or disable shaders, if enabled
