World running on backup level.dat?

Hey guys, well my game crashed so I rebooted it, which happens every now and then, but this time when I went to play my world, upon loading it gave me a message saying that forge detected that the world was running on a backup level.dat and that I should backup my world. No matter if I click yes or no, I get sent back to the main menu. Help??
