Man, this one is really getting to me. I'm trying to get my new let's play started but I keep having these sort of errors. I've narrowed it down to just this one. I thought it might be an error with OptiFine, but it doesn't go away when I remove OptiFine, so I guess not. If anyone could help, I'd love you forever though in no way other than a hearty thank you would I show that love.

I know that I'm trying to have a lot of mods co-enside, but I've seen it done before.

Also, I tried the latest version of Forge but that was also "missing ICustomItemRenderer", so I don't know.

One more thing that I just noticed is that I am actually also using RedPower 2, Sneaky Pipes, Thaumcraft 2, and Tropicraft, but they didn't appear on the list of mods loaded for some reason unknown to me.

Could you please explain? I clearly don't see "ICustomItemRenderer" in the Forge folder. I don't understand how I couldn't have installed it correctly if the class file I need doesn't appear to be in Forge.

That error generally means that the installation was not complete, either a file was not included or one was overwritten.  Make sure you have no other base class editing mod.  Also, the 4096 thing was not updated last I saw, and if it is not then it would corrupt the installation thus it could cause this problem.  So try it without the 4096 fix, and make sure to use a good zip program, if you are on Windows then use 7zip.

I get the same error; I use MCPatcher. Anyways the crash report is:

  Reveal hidden contents

Anyway to fix this? All the mods are up to date, unless forge isn't and if its not then please post the latest one, thanks!

I back again.. This time i didn't use mcpatcher, I installed ModLoader and MinecraftForge-3.2.3.108-Client-1 manually. What I'm trying to do is install BuildCraft, I installed the clients two different ways, one manually and the other by dragging the .zip files into the mods folder. After that, I went to open up minecraft, logged in, the mojang logo came up, and after came a error, (the error i couldn't get cuz minecraft automatically exited after.) so here's what the Modloader.txt says:

Modloader.txt :

  Reveal hidden contents

From reading it, seems like i got that same error again "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: forge/ICustomItemRenderer"

All the mods are up to date, i think. When not installing the BuildCraft clients, and just having modloader/forge installed, i don't get any errors, Its only when i install the BuildCraft Clients. I do not know who to really ask about this error, cuz it has "Forge" in it, so i thought i'd first come here and ask you guys. Thanks for the help.

"Edit: It works now? hmm.. I don't know if it must have just been a outdated version of buildcraft or somthing but somehow i got in with no errors." The ModLoader.txt i posted you guys can just look at it and use it as a example of what causes that error. Thanks anyways for the help!"

I FIXED THE ISSUE

The Logistics Pipe Mod was halting it for some reason and causing the error. If anyone has that installed and you get that error, just remove it and that should work fine.

    • Ignore shrimple, it doesn't work with Oculus. Also, enableShaders was alr true when it said that towards the end of the log. If you could also figure out why my tags are messed up that'd be cool too, but that's a later issue. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ovEKDZECUCl7zZxGfpyQcS4s5PZPQyfa?usp=drive_link
