No matter what i try i always get this error.  I cant for the life of me figure out whats wrong.

Something corrupted your natives download clear the gradle cache and try again.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

I ran gradlew cleanCache and then ran the dcompworkspace and i got the exact same error.  Is there something else im doing wrong?
