Install Forge on a "premium" server

I've been playing Minecraft for a while but never needed to install a Mod, until now. The thing is I want to install the Minecraft Comes Alive Mod but all the tutorials I find explains how to do it on a local server, but my server is on minecraftserver.net and I just can't find a tutorial on how to install Forge there.

 

Would any of you be so kind to tell me the steps to install Forge on my minecraftserver.net server? I already have Jar access, what should I do next?

 

Thank you in advance. I apologize if this has been asked before, I'v been googling and youtubeing all day and couldn't find the answer. I also apologize for my bad english.

Ask your host. Some hosts provide an auto-install forge button, some don't. They're the best people to speak to.

Read the EAQ before posting! OR ELSE!

 

This isn't building better software, its trying to grab a place in the commit list of a highly visible github project.
