[1.6.4] Can't setup workspace

Hi guys, im new to modding but i actually have a lot of knowledge on it.Anyways,when i try to decompile 1.6.4 SRC files,this happens.It always happens.

 

Backing up client.

Downloaded 1.6.4.jar

Backing up server.

Use 1.7.10. 1.6.4 is not supported anymore.

My Laptop doesnt support newer versions of Minecraft.So,I use 1.6.4

How does your computer not support new versions?

Anyways, if you cannot get 1.7 to work, you are out of luck, sorry.

 

OpenGL is outdated on my laptop.

How old is that laptop? What version is supported? 1.7 does not require that new of a version. Are your drivers up to date?

This laptop is just a year old. The only versions supported are anything below 1.6.4. Yeah,my drivers are up to date. And,it does require that new of a version.

If the Laptop is just a year old I can pretty much guarantee you the OpenGL version it supports is high enough for 1.6.4.

What problems occur with 1.7?

The OpenGL of my laptop supports 1.6.4 but cant run 1.7 since even though i have 8gb RAM and 64-bit Windows and Java,it is still laggy whenever I try to play in 1.7 and above.

Sucks to be you, you should fix your graphics card issues.

You will not get support for making mods for older versions here.

If your computer is as you say a year old it should have no problem running 1.7.10 when configured correctly.
