I log on to minecraft after i install forge and other mods and i load up my world BAM this happens

it says something about my saves idk but plz help!

I also *randomly* get that same error when MC is loaded using a non-standard classloader (in my case, Eclipse).  At which point just reloading it another 1 or 5 times gets it working, has to do with the order that the classes are loaded.  If you are using a non-standard launcher then that could be the reason.
