Every time it try and start My minecraft server after copying the forgeuniversal 4.2.5.303 contents my server never get loaded and past the point of

any ideas as to my problem?  ive tried older versions and get the same results

Download this: http://files.minecraftforge.net/fmllibs/fml_libs.zip and extract to /lib in your .minecraft folder.
