Edit: I've tried running with only Dynmap or only world edit, or only COFH and I get the same thing, it's not loading the mods, the commands are inaccessible, no reason that I can find in the logs...save that forge seems to not be recognizing most of the JAR files as mods, it's saying it's ignoring unknown file, the few it is picking up it says it found a candidate ZIP or jar file, but these mods work for other people on this version of forge...any help would be great, thank you.

Not sure what's going on here, using the latest stable 1.7.10 version of forge: forge-1.7.10-10.13.2.1230-universal

I've got about 230 or so mods, listed below, that I'm attempting to run, both the server and the client load up fine, but it's not functioning, most mods aren't loaded. The server console recognizes no mode based commands, for instance /dynmap or /cofh tps give me back no such command; the client doesn't load NEI or NEK and appears to be missing most mods as it reports a total of 86 mods loaded. Below are the only logs the server has produced, client logs are also there, and the list of mods in the sets:

Wracking my brain on this, never had such an issue with forge server before, not getting any errors that I can see (fixed a lot of missing mod errors had to tweak file names to ensure load orders).

Some config files weren't generated on load so it definitely seems like there's some issues from that point of view, things like gregtech for instance, dynmap didn't generate all it's files; but I can't find a reason for it, and since it's no individual mod on it's own I'm at a loss for information.

Any help would be extremely appreciated, thanks!

Over 3500 views and no replies, that sucks....

Well in case this helps someone else in the future, it turns out capitalizing the extension causes Forge to not recognize the file, kind of weird to me.

Start with only one mod in the folder and see what happens.

Then add another, and so forth until things break.

Forge loads mods, nothing in this reguard has changed in a year.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.
