Posted January 13, 201510 yr good days getting a lot of troubles maken a method to clean an area minecraft gets overload and stop and freeze or end crashed im using this to break a list of blocks //##########################################################33 //"romper" if (comando.equals("romper")){ //destruir maxivamente Blockes en el mundo int lblockesParaRomper=blockesParaRomper.size(); //chat.chatr(playerIn, "Rompiendo mundo="+worldIn.isRemote+" b="+lblockesParaRomper); try{ for(int bd=0 ; bd < 100 ; bd++){ //lblockesParaRomper BlockPos bdx=blockesParaRomper.get(bd); // worldIn.destroyBlock(bdx, true); Thread.sleep(100); } }catch(InterruptedException ex) { Thread.currentThread().interrupt(); } } //##########################################################33 im loading a list whith the blocks i wanna brek public static ArrayList<BlockPos> blockesParaRomper = new ArrayList<BlockPos>(); //lista de blockes a romper then execute this this is it event seting t a time of 100ms betwin every block break ill end freezze but sometimes it gets the job done in 1.7 i do something similar and only gives problem went the list goes over 400 blocks this list are just for max 150 some ifdea of what could use
January 13, 201510 yr tt]Thread.sleep(100)[/code]] stops the whole game, not just the block placing. You need to count ticks if you want a delay between breaking the blocks. Don't PM me with questions. They will be ignored! Make a thread on the appropriate board for support. 1.12 -> 1.13 primer by williewillus. 1.7.10 and older versions of Minecraft are no longer supported due to it's age! January 13, 201510 yr Dude. Stop. Right now. You do not know enough Java to fuck around with threads. Apparently I'm a complete and utter jerk and come to this forum just like to make fun of people, be confrontational, and make your personal life miserable. If you think this is the case, JUST REPORT ME. Otherwise you're just going to get reported when you reply to my posts and point it out, because odds are, I was trying to be nice. Exception: If you do not understand Java, I WILL NOT HELP YOU and your thread will get locked. DO NOT PM ME WITH PROBLEMS. No help will be given.
January 13, 201510 yr Author juax in the other hand i found the commads /fill -140 41 217 -136 41 215 minecraft:air 0 destroy this works in game but how the heck you use this in the code on eclipse but how the heck you use this in code
January 14, 201510 yr Author yaa irealize how to use it net.minecraft.command.CommandFill fill = new net.minecraft.command.CommandFill(); String [] comando= {"-136","41","215","-140","44","217","minecraft:glass"}; //String [] comando= {"-136","41","215","-140","44","217","minecraft:air","0","destroy"}; try { if (!worldIn.isRemote){fill.execute(playerIn, comando);} } catch (CommandException e) { e.printStackTrace(); } if it gets execute when (worldIn.isRemote) it destroy the blocks just in local but no in server im buged by thi question this code trow errors in the console but works when puting blocks net.minecraft.command.NumberInvalidException: commands.generic.num.tooBig and its just an area of 24 blocks when destroying blocks net.minecraft.command.CommandException: commands.fill.failed but all the blocks get break and afther restart minecraft theres no blcks coming back from death, ñaa i must reddo the code whith this

January 14, 201510 yr Author well the packets idea is sound nice but i gonna doo that in other post in the other side the fill method works but also crash the game whit the same mesagge from time to time java.util.ConcurrentModificationException and happen too, that it just broke bloks in one side soo you end whit a clean area where you can't enter but when testing this dont happen i and now i have a diferent theory but i goona take an few hours to confirm .
January 14, 201510 yr A ConcurrentModificationException occurs when two different threads of a program try to modify the same array structure. January 14, 201510 yr Author yap i google it but i wass wrong i think it refers to mi arrays but nop this is something in minecraft so mi new teory is that when i wrote masively blocks it just coincide whit minecraft updating or sync the worlds and crash soo if this is the true how i syncronize mi destructions to make then happend in safe moments ?
