February 9, 201510 yr Author I am using forge forge-1.7.10-10.13.2.1291-installer.jar on the vanilla launcher
February 9, 201510 yr Author I have countless times (11 now) and even tried reinstalling minecraft alltogether
February 9, 201510 yr If you installed with the installer that file will exist and you would not get a 404. This is exactly the error you are SUPPOSED to get if you did not install correctly. Whatever setup you have you are not installing Forge to the correct folder. I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated. February 11, 201510 yr No, it's not a Forge problem, as stated our installer installs that file so there are no downloads nesasary. I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated. Consider supporting the team on Patreon
