I dont know if is really related to forge, but i cant find a place where to ask it so i am here

i am working to my newest pack 1.7.10 forge 1307 and i have a doubt

i'll make it much simple as i can

take copper as example, each mod have his own oregen, wich one will be chosen by forse? i think that takes all but i want be sure

also, does forge consider all mods config and makes dirreferent oregen?

explanation, with 7 mods that are set to generate 10 copper each chunk, will i find 70 copper each chunk?

if i remove 2 mods i'll get 50 copper?

those are the question, i hope i am not in the wrong place and sorry for the inaccurate grammar

thanks anyway

We do not touch mod ore gen at all.

You have to configure that in the mods themselves.

I do Forge for free, however the servers to run it arn't free, so anything is appreciated.

Forge doesn't choose which copper to generate as Forge does not generate any modded ore at all. Each mod has their own individual class for generating their ore.

So your explanation may be valid as long as a mod doesn't override another mods copper.

If you want only one type of copper generated by one specific mod, disable ore gen in all other mods within their config file. If the mod doesn't have configurable ore gen, then talk to the mod author to add a config option.

This thread makes me sad because people just post copy-paste-ready code when it's obvious that the OP has little to no programming experience. This is not how learning works.
